Bedrooms There are 8 bedrooms available; you can choose whether you would like to stay in a bunk room (4 people max.) or in a double room. Each room has reverse cycle air-conditioning which allows you to sleep comfortable in winter and summertime! A fresh bed linen set will be supplied, so you don't have to bring any sleeping gear. We refresh your linen, free of charge, so you don't have to worry about that.
 
Kitchen
A large kitchen with plenty space to prepare your food is available for all
guests. A commercial stove (gas) offers 8 burners and two large ovens so
there is no waiting to finish cooking your meal. Or alternatively if you
are used to an electric stove, you can cook your meals on the electrical
hotplate.The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances like a
microwave,toaster,and water cooker.You can store your fresh foods in the
fridge and your dry goods in the pantry.And of course we have a barbecue
available for all our guests, no charge.
 
Living area
 In the inside living area you can relax and watch some television or play a great movieon the DVD . There is an X-Box available for gaming enthusiasts.
A dining table with great views onto the Cocoparra Ranges will invite you to sit down and write those postcards or enjoy your freshly cooked meal.If you like to read, please feel free to pick a book from the bookcase and relax, just make sure you return it once you have finished so others can enjoy a good read too. Veranda room 
The veranda room is one of the main features of the building due to the stunning views it will give you of the Cocoparra ranges, with absolute amazing sunsets and sun rises. With plenty of space for every one you can chill out and catch up on stories or just daze and lose yourself in the breath taking sunsets.
Outside verandas
Feel the summer breeze whilst enjoying a cold drink on the veranda; no matter at what part of veranda you are, there is always something interesting to see. 
 Amenities
There are two brand new amenities blocks, one for male guests and one for female guests. Freshen-up after a hard days work by taking a well deserved hot shower. We like to keep things clean & fresh, so toilets and showers are cleaned every day.
Laundry
We have a new commercial washing machine (frontload) on the premises for your use.You can hang your laundry on the large clothes line outside; clothes will be dry in no time.
